For Nurses Facing the NCLEX or NP Boards
The job is waiting.
The exam is the only thing in the way.
Test Anxiety No More is a 3-step system that trains your mind and body to stay steady under pressure, so what you studied actually shows up on exam day. It's the part UWorld, Archer, and Kaplan were never built to cover.

The Real Problem
You don't have a knowledge problem. You have a pressure problem.
You finished the program. You did the questions. You know this material. You've taken care of patients with it.
And then you read a question, you know the answer, your heart starts racing, and it's gone. Or you narrow it down to two and talk yourself out of the right one.
That isn't a gap in what you know. When your brain senses a threat, it shifts into fight-or-flight, and the part of your brain that retrieves information goes offline. The answers are in there. Your nervous system just won't let you reach them.
Another Q-bank can't fix that. Learning to manage the pressure can.
Sound Familiar?
Every one of these is a nervous system symptom.
Test anxiety doesn't wait for exam day. For a lot of nurses, it starts the moment it's time to schedule.
And underneath all of it: you don't feel ready. You're not sure you ever will.
Why Studying More Won't Fix It
You've been solving the wrong problem.
Another Q-bank
Q-banks teach content. You already have the content. None of them teach your body to stay steady when the clock is running.
More hours
You're already studying in 15-minute pockets between shifts, kids, and everything else. There are no more hours. And studying in fear trains your brain that studying means danger.
"Just relax"
Generic sleep aids and meditation apps weren't built for a licensing exam. If they worked, you wouldn't still be here.
Staying calm under pressure isn't a personality trait. It's a skill, and no one has ever taught you how to build it.
What's Riding On It
Everything after this exam is already lined up.
You didn't get this far by accident. But until you pass, all of it is on hold. And if a past attempt didn't go your way, the pressure only gets heavier.
Introducing
Test Anxiety No More
The performance system for nurses who are done letting anxiety decide their result. Created by Dr. Bianca Busch, double board-certified psychiatrist.
Built to sit right next to the prep you already use. Keep your Q-bank. TANM covers the part none of them address: your mind, your nervous system, and your exam-day execution.
TANM is not affiliated with any test-prep company. It works alongside whichever one you use.
The 3-Step System
Three steps. One outcome.
Go at your own pace. Each step builds on the last, so by exam day your mind, your body, and your plan are working with you instead of against you.
Step 1: Mindset Control
Stop the spiral before it costs you questions.
- Quick mental tools to interrupt panic and get back to the question in front of you
- A decision strategy for when you're stuck between two answers
- Break the avoidance: schedule the exam and start, even when you don't feel ready
Step 2: Calm Body, Clear Brain
Train calm. Stop studying against your nervous system.
- A 60-second breathing reset you can use mid-exam when your heart starts racing
- A daily 5-minute audio series that retrains your baseline
- Body-based tools for the sleepless nights and the knot in your stomach
Step 3: Exam-Day Game Plan
Walk in steady. Not running on empty.
- A study plan built around shifts, kids, and the 15 minutes you actually have
- Your final two weeks mapped out, so you stop cramming and start consolidating
- Pacing and strategy for questions you don't know, with every exam-day decision made before you sit down
Bonus: Support When Doubt Creeps Back In
For the rough practice test, the bad night, the fear that comes back.
- Tools for the moments that knock your confidence, with Dr. Busch's guidance built in
- Self-trust tools so "I don't feel ready" stops being the deciding factor
What Changes
Walk into the testing center a different nurse.
This isn't "just meditate." It's clinical-grade work on test anxiety, designed by a psychiatrist who treats it every day and who has sat for high-stakes boards herself.

Questions
Before you decide.
How long does it take?
It's self-paced, with short lessons and about 5 minutes of daily audio. It's designed for working nurses, so it fits into the pockets of time you already have.
My exam is coming up soon. Is it too late?
No. You can learn the 60-second breathing reset in one sitting and use it on exam day. The more time you have, the more of the system you can build in, but it's never too late to start.
Does this replace my Q-bank or review course?
No. Keep whatever content prep you're using. TANM works alongside it and covers what it doesn't: anxiety, avoidance, focus, and how you perform on exam day.
Is this for NCLEX or NP boards?
Both. The system works for any high-stakes exam: NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, AANP, ANCC, and specialty certifications.
I haven't failed yet. Is this still for me?
Yes. If you're avoiding scheduling, can't sleep, or go blank on practice questions you know, your anxiety is already costing you. Addressing it before your first attempt is the best time to do it.
Is this therapy?
No. TANM is an educational, skills-based program grounded in performance psychology. It isn't therapy or a substitute for medical care. If anxiety is affecting your sleep, work, or daily life beyond testing, please reach out to a doctor or mental health professional.
Before You Go
You may never feel fully ready.
You don't have to feel ready. You have to be trained for the pressure.
The approach you've been using has given you the result you have now. Changing your method isn't the risk. Walking in again with the same approach is.
Your next exam can feel different. Stop letting nerves decide your result.
